Molly Grantham is a four-time Emmy-winning journalist and three-time author who spent about two decades as a main evening anchor at WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina, before leaving the station in 2024. She now works as a full-time global keynote speaker, charity auctioneer and community builder, running the sold-out 'Bet On Yourself Summit,' a Charleston retreat and 'The Wave,' a paid online membership community. A UNC-Chapel Hill broadcast journalism graduate, she is the author of 'Small Victories,' 'The Juggle Is Real' and 'Practice.'
