Dr. Katherine Jeffery is a generational strategist, business consultant, and international speaker who founded GenShift™, a research-backed framework helping leaders navigate the differences between Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z. She holds a PhD in Educational Studies from Trinity International University, where her dissertation focused on Millennial leadership values in team settings, drawing on over 20 years of studying human behavior.
