Christine Nicodemus

Christine Nicodemus is the co-founder and CEO of Wayhaven, a Charlotte-based startup she launched in 2024 that works with clinical psychologists to deliver campus-specific AI wellbeing coaching and resource navigation to college students. A serial EdTech entrepreneur with two exits, she previously founded Ascend Goals (merged with Aperture Education in 2021) and helped scale Aperture Education's social-emotional learning tools to millions of students before its acquisition by Riverside Insights in 2022. A Wake Forest graduate in Mathematical Business who drew on her own college mental health struggles to start Wayhaven, she is also an active angel investor, mentor and competitive flag football quarterback.
